Yes, I was sad as I watched poor Tom Brady get pummeled play after play, and watched as the Giants stripped the glory from the Patriots. They played well though.
The past few weeks have been somewhat busy. I apologize to all of you who I told I would update this every week.
I did think about it, I've just been, uh... "distracted"... and a little absent minded. Nonetheless, I have been busy. There's been a number of different projects that I've been working on as well as managing. I'm still learning a lot if things, but for the most part I'm moving along swiftly. Nathan will be departing from the office for various trips for the next three weeks, so I will be on my own. I'll see him again right before Kevin's Wedding, which, by the way, he'll be attending with myself and Elijah.
As for hockey... well, lets say I'm really starting to like it. It could be that the tickets are free though. I think its because of the fights. This last game, we were fortunate enough to see several, uninterrupted all out man on man brawls. One included two refs. I'll post the picture montage at the bottom.
As for everything else, well its just dandy. I've had a few different things occupy a large chunk of my free time, for which I am grateful for. I did go and see 'Rambo'. I think that movie was made out of a mixture of chainsaw oil, beard shavings, and .50 cal cartridges. Its all man. Its also all brutal. I would not recommend it for those with vivid imaginations or weak stomachs. However, its good to recognize that this is something that is actually happening in other parts of the world. America is not the only country on this rock, and some of us need to recognize that there are people who live through hell day after day while we suck down $4.00 cups of coffee and complain about waiting in line at Taco Bell for more than 30 seconds.
Taco Bell sucks by the way. Smoking crack is less deadly to your health... (/end rant).
I also saw, 'Cloverfield', which was great, and 'There Will Be Blood' which was freaking incredible. If you enjoy good cinema and brilliant acting, go see it. If you like movies like 'War' and 'White Chicks' then save your money and your opinion because you probably wear a fanny pack as well, and we all know that people who where fanny packs never have a valid opinion.
As mentioned, here's that montage.
